Project Description

Based on Streamline and the associated systems project GSAP, this project will align business processes in the Hydrocarbon Management and Sell to Business Customer as they relate to Distribution.
The Global and Standard solution in the distribution business area has been selected, which is based on the package Central Business System from Control Systems Incorporated (CSI) of Lenexa, Kansas. This application is referred to as Global Icebox (GIB).

Specifically Global Icebox will be the interface layer between GSAP and Global Terminal Automation Systems (GTAS), which will be a global solution that supports the company and associated 3rd parties’ Distribution terminal processes, consistent with StBC, HM and Master Reference Data Management in GSAP.

As a result of IT organizational change, the delivery of GIB and GTAS will become one IT program.

This request is for a local IT Integration Analyst in Canada responsible for the solution integration including GSAP, GIB, GTAS and business.

Currently the GIB is scheduled to be deployed in the Canada on 1st Jan. 2012, with TAS systems implemented in a different timeline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

R&R across a number of Project Implementation Activities and disciplines, in particular:
• Manage detailed integration tasks with GSAP, GTAS and business.
• Manage OSP sub project to ensure commitment from 3rd parties, technical service providers and also relevant legal documents including ITSA
• Joins workshops like Process Knowledge Workshops (PKW) and Business Readiness Reviews (BRR) and identify integration points.
• Participate in all business-related activities including testing, training, LES and cutover
• Supports the data collection
• Supports the test preparation and test execution (ITC, CAT)
• Updating of local training material and executes trainings to super users/testers, especially to the OSPs
• Responsible for support of the cut-over plan and supporting the super users during Go-Live and Hypercare phase.
• Reports into local Delivery Manager
• Close working, and information & status reporting relationship with local Deliver Manager
• Supports the local Delivery Manager in issue tracking, follow up CR developments and/ or completion of requirement specifications

 Domestic Travel Required:    2%                                        

International Travel Required:           2%

Technical Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills and Experience
Experience & exposure to one or more of:
-SAP R/3 MM and/or SD knowledge (mandatory)
-Oil Industry knowledge

- Supply & Logistic process knowledge
-End to end Systems Development & Implementation experience demonstrated in at least 5 projects
-Business Analysis and translation to respective Business / Systems Design demonstrated in at least 5 projects
-Familiar with new PDF guidelines on Requirements Management (or similar methdology) and solid working knowledge and experience
-Process and system knowledge about Terminal Automation System (TAS) in particular TopTec TMS6.20
-Data Analysis Skills
-System Testing practice/procedures
-GSAP process knowledge (would be an advantage)
-Familiarity with Downstream One business functions, specifically in the areas of StBC and/or Hydrocarbon Management
-Experience in managing part of a large projects in complex project environments, or on the integration manager/analyst role
