 Project Description

The Canada Global SAP (GSAP) / Process Control System (PCS) CAP Project will replace the current interface between PCS and JDE+ connected applications with an interface to GSAP and connected applications.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

BA will be responsible for working with the local/regional stakeholders and SMEs to capture functional and non-functional requirements, and conduct walk-through for approval. BA will drive compilation of Design doc, and will prepare for architecture approval. BA will be involved with vendor to create specs, and test strategy and plan with linkage to requirements, acceptance criteria.

NOTE: No travel required if resource is located in Brockville Canada. However, if resource is in Calgary, then some travel will be required. Perhaps 40%, early on in the project.

- Some familiarity of Process Control Systems
- Application interfacing techniques, esp. through Biztalk, file transfer, and messaging
- Experience with Transaction Data Structures
- Mapping of data from one ERP to another, for example, JDE to SAP
- Experience with RequisitePro is desired, but not a requirement.

 Soft Skills and Experience:

- Ability to listen closely to internal business customers, support staff, etc. to identify and capture requirements.
- Superb verbal and written communicator.
- Good organizational skills in terms of organizing requirements and other business and system information.
- Willingness to leverage past good examples, templates where needed, able.
