Logica is currently looking for an experienced Automation Test Developer to work as part of a team responsible for assurance integration and coordination for large scale automated test implementations. Specific duties will include reviewing/developing test automation plans, test scripts and cutover plans, ensure appropriate participation in planned test cycles, and assist in the integration.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to work as part of a large team composed of testers, analysts and developers
Application Development background including hands on experience in manual and automated testing and test development.
Create, customize, and deploy data driven test scripts for global project implementation.
Review cutover plans jointly with application project managers, local business leads, and deployment team to ensure that cutover plans meet quality requirements.
Review training plans with local business leads and monitor the completion and effectiveness of the training delivered.
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years experience as an Automated Test Developer
Experience preparing test scripts, testing status reports and statistics
Experience with UML, Use Cases, JIRA, Subversion, Continuous Integration build tools (Bamboo, Nant, MSBuild)
Experience with Test Automation Tools (stress testing + automated regression testing) - QTP, Squish, TFS, …
Experience with complex geoscience E&P applications
Windows Vista and Linux C++/Qt experience
Windows/Linux scripting experience: csh, sh, BAT, Python, Javascript, TCL …
Soft Skills:
