Project Description
Analysis related to the ACI contract that is up for renewal in November of this year. ACI is the base software used on the Tandem for transaction processing. The Tandem is integral to the real time authorization and capture of credit card transactions (proprietary, bankcard, debit, fleet, etc.) in the US. These systems process $100M of credit card activity per day. The contract has been renewed several times since originally in 1983/84. ACI is seeking a change from the current pricing model from ILF/MLF and maintenance to coincide with a change in their new product offering. ACI has also offered various options for conversions to the new product.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Analyst to evaluate options from a business impact and technical perspective related to renewal of the ACI contract and develop a recommendation. Support key stakeholders (Business, IT and CP) in the negotiation of the contract.
