Sales Operations Support Manager

 Job Duties:

This position will report directly to our VP Sales and Marketing and be responsible for all aspects of sales operations in North America.  This includes:

 Measurement and Reporting

  • Maintain and provide analysis for sales pipeline information, order management, and dashboards as well as revenue reports, forecasts, individual and broader sales metrics, budget tracking and analysis, and ad hoc reports as needed. 
  • Individual sales & pipeline performance measurement and reporting (quota and pipeline)
  • Business unit sales & pipeline performance measurement and reporting
  • Country sales & pipeline performance measurement and reporting
  • Compliance and analysis of Opportunity Management Tool data (OMT)
  • Create, maintain, and update consultant utilization reports. 
  • Active participation with broader sales operations functions abroad

 

Sales Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and update internal SharePoint workspace (SharePoint 2007) site for sales and organizational activities.
  • Maintain and update external sales intranet and extranet site as applicable
  • Creation and maintenance of competitive data base
  • Creation and maintenance of key contact data base (CRM)
  • Creation and maintenance of win/loss reporting and repository

 

Sales Quality Control and Process Improvement

  • Ensure consistency in all sales activities including, but not limited to, bids and proposals, sales communications, delivery solutions, and operational metrics.
  • Lead the coordination efforts with the Logica Bid Office and Talent Management teams to facilitate bid response and recruiting / resourcing activities.
  • Assistance in Bid Management as required:  Coordinate the bid and proposal process.  This will include analyzing and organizing large amounts of data, coordinating meetings, coordinating the preparation of presentation materials, providing communications between sales, solutions and delivery teams.
  • Must have a background in Operations, Account Management or Sales.  

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5-7 year of experience supporting and managing sales operations within a consulting/sales organization
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Solid computer skills with MS Office Suite with knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Dynamics CRM
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with financial analysis / accounting / reporting 
  • Strong preference for someone with account management/ operations experience specifically for an IT services company. 

 

 Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
 
Professional Affiliations
  • PMP highly desirable
