Multiple Project/Program Managers needed to lead multiple overlapping projects for the scope and implementation of  ‘smart’ technologies. 

  • PMP Certification a major PLUS
  • Refinery experience a major PLUS
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry standard PDF
  • Requires experience with large technology implementation projects. 
  • Experience organizing and defining the project, project budget, and high level scope. 
  • The project will need to be lead through the PDF to ensure compliance but must move very quickly to the implementation phase. 
  • Experience with running proof of concepts, pilot projects, etc. in the process of full scale deployment.  Those details would be responsibility of the PM to determine in gathering requirements from the stakeholders. 
  • The end goal would be the deployment of the new technology in refineries world-wide. 
  • We are looking for extremely organized, ‘get things done’ big picture Sr. Project Manager. 

Skills requested:

  • Large scale deployment experience
  • Long term 15+ years experience leading projects/programs – ideal would be 20+ years at O&G major
  • Smart technology, real-time experience
  • Refinery experience; specifically knowledge around technologies like: Process Control Domain, Data Services Layer, Matrikon, Siemens XHQ, PI Historian, OSIsoft
  • PM should have experience managing infrastructure/custom application development projects in a regulated environment (GxP, Sox, etc.). 
  • International experience and working with global teams preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of how to manage Data Management activities in a global project.
  • Typical Project Management activities (i.e. dashboards, project schedule adherence, updates, etc.  Coordination amongst teams, follow-ups with team members, etc).  Requires ability to assess the environment and ramp up quickly to the project. 
  • Manage cross functional teams/projects for our global customers while concurrently overseeing other Logica resources, preparing financial reports for assigned staff, and managing client relationships within designated area.
  • Provide expertise for projects involving upgrades, migrations, implementations, and application development/deployment using the SDLC process as well as network security and compliance.    
  • Provide skills in the areas of Communication/Change Management, Integration Management, Application Rationalization, Risk Management, Scope Management, Time Management, and Vendor/Client Relationship Management
  • Perform business analysis functions to include working with stakeholders throughout the organization to gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, create process flow diagrams, prepare documentation and facilitate the testing process.
