Logica is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team.  As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for business development specifically targeted to large consulting engagements and global out-sourcing programs for the Oil/Gas industry.

Key Attributes: 

  • Executive Level Sales Management with extensive domestic and international sales experience with strong network within the Oil / Gas Industry  
  • Provide strategic direction for business development initiatives and offer the ability to identify business issues, market trends and customer insights to establish a competitive advantage and create opportunities for growth
  • Expert in identify prospects, building relationships, leading and closing sales for new and existing Oil/Gas clients
  • Business development efforts will involve professional services, consulting, supplemental staffing, application management/rationalization, blended (onshore/offshore) delivery programs and outsourcing
  • Skilled in leading high performing pursuit organizations through the sales life cycle of large complex engagements
  • Proven track record of success managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, highly competitive environment
  • Experienced in building executive level client relationships
  • Excellent communicator, influential public speaker and presenter
  • Dynamic, energetic, driven individual who thrives in a high expectation, high stress environment
  • Expert in crafting RFP responses in conjunction with our Solutions and Delivery teams for complex Software sales, application management, managed testing and other customized solutions

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Houston based
  • Focused on outsourcing a plus
  • Prior experience with large consultancy
  • Experienced in selling off-shore solutions / blended delivery also a plus
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Experienced at carrying and attaining quota of over $10M
  • 15 years experience in consultative sales / business development within Oil/Gas sector
