Training Consultant
Job Description:
• Assess training needs of teams for the selected error management (EM) tool (based on concept material)
• Develop training plans and strategies for EM tool
• Execute training plan
• Analyze different error management processes/ practices and develop tailored training materials for client team if needed
• Develop training material for both key users and end-users using different media’s: video, e-learning, face to face, guides, etc.
• Create needed milestone material, i.e. training plan, training material, training strategy, etc.
Job Requirements:
• 5-7 years experience developing training plans and material for large development organizations with an emphasis on error management lifecycle development tools
• Working knowledge of Bugzilla strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of error management processes
